Visit the Perfected Stellar Transmuters throughout New Eden.
Introduction
These enormous devices are the culmination of a technological arms race and allow the empires to reshape the very topology of a solar system.
Locations
Harnessing Triglavian technology, Stellar Transmuters are devices that allow for stellar manipulation. This is how the Triglavians created Pochven. The empires quickly sought to reverse-engineer the Triglavian transmuters for their own ends, which led to an extensive arms race and the Turnur Cataclysm when a runaway Amarr prototype destabilized Turnur's star.
Eventually, the 4 empires each managed to develop their own stable transmuter variants, which allowed them to develop their own Triglavian-style transport relay systems known as shipcasters.
Stellar Transmuters were the lore behind the ingame Shadow War event in YC125, and the shipcasters utilizing them allow pilots to instantly teleport their ships to contested faction warfare zones.

Description: Quickly adapting Triglavian stellar transmuter technology thanks to capturing a Triglavian transmuter in the Arshat system, the Amarr Empire deployed 3 prototypes in the contested warzone systems of Egmar, Turnur, and Vard. Despite losing the Turnur device to a cataclysm that devastated the system and the other two prototypes to the Minmatar Republic, the Empire was able to refine its new technology and deploy a fully functional transmuter in the Ohide system. The corresponding Amarr shipcaster and research laboratory are located in Mehatoor.

Name: Republic Stellar Transmuter System: Barkrik Constellation: Ani Region: Metropolis Security: 0.6
Location 2: Republic Stellar Transmuter Beacon: Republic Stellar Transmuter
Description: After the Turnur system was devastated by the Amarr Empire's stellar transmuter prototype located there, the Minmatar Republic quickly mobilized to capture and disable the other prototypes in Egmar and Vard. Thanks to technology recovered from these captured devices, the Minmatar were able to deploy their own transmuter in the Barkrik system. The corresponding Minmatar shipcaster and research facility are located in nearby Amo.

Location 3: State Stellar Transmuter Beacon: State Stellar Transmuter
Description: Despite lacking direct access to Triglavian stellar manipulation technology, the Caldari State managed to acquire sufficient data to develop their own stable transmuter thanks to the efforts of capsuleers. This facility was deployed in the Elonaya system, with its associated research facility and shipcaster located in Onnamon.

Description: Lacking access to either Triglavian transport relay or stellar manipulation technology, the Gallente Federation oversaw two parallel capsuleer efforts to acquire data regarding both areas by any means necessary. The first mature Federation device was deployed in Gisleres, and its corresponding research facility and shipcaster are located in Intaki.
