The imposing fortress echoes the Ministry of War’s doctrine of layered defenses: forward border posts paired with rearward security hubs to cover trade and military routes. This particular station falls under the command of the Ammatar Fleet, a force tasked with safeguarding Mandate and Imperial interests in contested space. The statue could represent either Governor Yonis Ardishapur or Grand Admiral Hastar Jibril.”
